What is the Body Diagnostic, Body Fat Test, and Health Analysis?

A Body Diagnostic consists of our FMS Screen and VFP. This is our Functional Movement screen where you will perform a series of movements and helps us determine what muscles are causing unneeded aches and pains. This is the beginning of how we CUSTOMIZE our workouts for YOUR BODY.

Body Diagnostic

The visual fitness planner is where we begin to find out more about you, your goals, wants and needs. We can then uncover more issues, which allows us to customize your workout that much more!

We will then measure your body fat to find out your starting point. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning your workout. We don't care what the measurements show. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.

We will then finish it up with a 5-page Health Analysis Report that will be emailed to you instantly!

What do I need to Bring?
You should bring a water to keep yourself hydrated during your workout and a towel to dry off with. Then just bring a positive attitude and we will take care of the rest!

Will I get sore?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!
